How do I start? 

To start your own line the process is very simple:

1. Choose your favorite formulas (plus quantity)
2. Choose your packaging (available under each product)
3. Place your order
4. Submit your name / logo via email
5. Wait for your order to arrive.

Once your order is placed, our team will contact you with the next steps.


What does the pricing include?

  • Our pricing includes formula, packaging, and labels (design + print).

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ship worldwide.

Can you ship my products directly to my customers? 

  • Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer dropshipping services.

Do I have to be a doctor or esthetician to start?

  • Whether you're an industry expert or a newcomer, we are here to help you bring your skincare vision to life. Our goal is to provide the necessary guidance and high-quality products to support your success, regardless of your background or experience level.

What are your business hours?

  • Our business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. During this time, our team is available to assist you with any inquiries, orders, or support you may need. If you have any questions or require assistance outside of these hours, please feel free to leave us a message, and we will get back to you promptly during our next business hours.

What comes after the payment is done? 

  • After the payment is complete, you will receive an email from our team containing a step-by-step process. Please allow up to 24 hours for the email to arrive.

What is your turnaround time?

  • Samples: 3 to 5 days plus shipping time
  • 14-500 units: 14 days plus shipping time
  • 500 - 2000 units: 4 weeks plus shipping time
  • 2000 - 5000 units: 4 - 5 weeks plus shipping time
  • For orders over 5,000 units, please allow an additional 2 weeks.

 
Can I supply my packaging for you to fill?

  • Yes, you can supply your packaging for orders with 150 + units (per product) and we will fill it for you.

How do I reorder?

  • The reorder process is very simple. Once you place your order, our team will reach out to confirm your designs, and afterward, your products will be shipped. The reorder process is much faster as we already have your designs on file.

What type of products do you offer?

  • Currently, our focus is primarily on facial care products. We do not offer body products, hair care, makeup, or perfumes at this time.

 

Do you offer label design?

  • Yes, we have an in-house designer, and we will design and print your labels for free.

Can you create custom products?

  • Unfortunately, we don't offer custom formulations at this time. 

What is the shelf life of your products?

  • Our products have a shelf life of 12-24 months, depending on the type of product. Fresh batches are made constantly, ensuring that they reach you with their full shelf life intact.

Can I try samples? 

  • Absolutely! We provide the option to try samples of our products, allowing you to experience their quality before making a purchase. You can conveniently order these samples directly from our website.

 
Are there any other fees besides what we pay on the website?

  • We are committed to transparency in our pricing. We do not have any hidden fees associated with our products or services. The amount you see on our website is the total cost you will pay.
     

Will my samples come with labels and packaging? 

  • Samples are typically provided in vials or alternative sample packaging. Also, note, samples are NOT available for private labeling. We aim to give customers the chance to experience our products before making a larger purchase. 

Can I change the ingredients in your products?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer custom formulations at this time. 

 

How do I add labels to the product, I don’t see it on your website ?

  • After placing your order, our team will contact you via email to create the labels with our designer. We will guide you through the process and provide support to ensure your labels align with your vision and brand. 

 

How long do I have to wait for my order? 

  • Please note that the completion time for private label orders is typically around 2 weeks, excluding weekends. However, larger orders may require additional time for processing and production. 

Can I get your products in gallons without packaging? 

  • Absolutely. We offer the option to order any product on our website in gallon size. To find the gallon options, simply scroll down to the bottom of the shop page.

 

How long do I have to wait for samples?

  • Samples typically take 4-5 business days to process and ship. If a product from your order is out of stock, it may take longer to fulfill your order.

 

What is your refund policy?

  • Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed. Please double-check that you have ordered the correct products etc. BEFORE proceeding through the checkout.
  • We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind. In some extenuating circumstances, we may be able to support you, however, a 10% fee will be incurred (covering transaction fees and administration costs). 
  • If products are faulty or damaged, we will replace your items as soon as we can. Please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of receiving the item) with a photograph of the fault.

 

I didn’t receive an email that the product has been shipped! 

  • If you are unable to find our email in your inbox, kindly check your spam folder. In case you still cannot locate it, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team for assistance at support@icarepl.com We will be more than happy to help you and ensure that you receive the necessary information or support promptly.

 

Can I buy your products without labels?

  • Absolutely. After placing your order, please email us your order number and specify that you would like your products to be shipped without labels. We will make sure to accommodate your request and ship your order without labels as per your preference.

Are you FDA-approved? 

  • All of our products are made in an FDA-approved facility. 

Is the source of Hyaluronic Acid vegan?

  • Our Hyaluronic Acid is vegan and derived entirely from non-animal sources. We are committed to providing vegan-friendly products that meet the highest ethical standards.


Do you have to pay for the tops separately?

  • When ordering containers, you can select your preferred packaging, which includes tops and closures.

How much to start?

    • The prices for our products vary based on factors such as the product, quantity, and packaging chosen. To view the specific prices, please visit our website icarepl.com and select the desired product. The pricing details will be available once you click on the product of your choice.

Can the names/labels of the products be changed?

  • Certainly! When working with our private label service, you will have the flexibility to change the names of the products according to your preferences.

Can I start with 5/7/8 products? 

  • Unfortunately we don’t sell below our minimum quantity order which is 14 bottles/jars per product. 

Do you offer products with SPF?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer products with SPF at this time. 


Do you have products for Back Bar?

  • We provide products in gallon sizes, which can be found on our website. Please note that the gallon-sized products do not come with pumps included. However, you can easily attach pumps to the gallon containers for convenient dispensing.

International shipping prices?

  • Shipping prices can be found directly on our website when you add products to your cart. If the shipping price is too high for your international order, we can try to look for other shipping companies to find the best price for you.


Is there a pricing difference for not using your labels? 

  • When it comes to pricing, there is no difference if you choose to order products without our labels. Our label design and printing services are provided free of charge for every private label order. Whether you opt for products with our labels or prefer to apply your own labels, the pricing remains the same.

Do you offer products with hydroquinone?

  • Unfortunately we don’t offer products with hydroquinone. For all available formulas please visit our website at icarepl.com


Packaging ounces:

  • Our creams and masks are available in 2 oz jars, serums and facial oils come in 1 oz jars, cleansers are packaged in 3-4 oz bottles, and toners are offered in 5 oz bottles. These sizes provide convenient options for different product categories. Do you offer dropshipping?

  • We do not offer dropshipping services at this time.


Can I design my own labels?

  • Certainly! We offer the option for you to design your own labels, and we will take care of the printing and application process.

Do you offer vegan products?

  • We have a variety of formulas available, including both vegan and non-vegan options. To determine whether a specific product is vegan, you can refer to the product description on our website, icarepl.com. Look for the "vegan" icon displayed in the product description, which indicates that the product is suitable for vegans.

Where are your products made?

  • Our products are made in the USA using safe and high-quality ingredients. They undergo testing and are manufactured in a registered facility.
